Here's how it all comes together:
Whenever you need something added or changed, (e.g. adding a new page blog post, or adjusting the design), you just send me a message, and I'll make the update right away!
The standard rate applies for sites up to 25 pages (including blog posts) and 2 contact forms. Beyond that, every time your page count doubles, the monthly price goes up by $50. So for example, if your site has 26 to 50 pages, I charge $200 per month.
I can, but my $150 / month system does not use WordPress, because it's more expensive to host and maintain. If you need a WordPress site, my starting price is $250 / month. I've built dozens of WordPress sites, and am very comfortable with the system.
Just let me know the date when you'd like the site to come down, and I will stop serving the site, and stop charging you.
If you miss a payment, I will attempt to reach out to you. If I don't hear back by the end of the month, I'll stop serving the site. If you subsequently resume payment, I'll bring it back online. Simple as that.
